Truth About Trucking “LIVE” Talk Radio Upcoming Shows

Blog Talk Radio is the largest social radio media in the world, pulling in 6 million listeners every day. Truth About Trucking “LIVE” is the premier trucking talk radio show on BTR. Launching in July, 2008 the show has obtained a global listening audience of 100,000 with a +/- of three percent.
As noted by Blog Talk Radio: “Your show is exactly the kind we look for . . . something totally different and separate from the main media stream.”
In association with our main website, Truth About Trucking, my goal from the very beginning was to not be just more talk, but to stand up and take viable action in “raising the standards of the trucking industry” and to provide real and valuable assistance to CDL students and new drivers entering into a trucking career. One way of doing this, is through our BTR show, Truth About Trucking “LIVE.”

Bobby shared his story of how he saved the life of a child in July, 2006 during his time as a car hauler, and is still recovering from his injuries.

Is NAFTA Working or Not?

With lost U. S. jobs estimated as high as 25 million and companies and corporations moving to Mexico and Canada, is NAFTA working as it was promised to do so? When President George W. Bush signed the NAFTA agreement on December 17th, 1992 he stated that “NAFTA would be a catalyst for economic growth in the three countries.”
Yet, many of the other two countries Governmental offices and officials claim that NAFTA has, in fact, hurt their economical growth as well.
Mr. Obama vowed to reopen NAFTA and insure “labor, environmental and safety standards that are enforced.“ Now, it appears the decision has been made to not re-negotiate NAFTA policies and to leave it as is.

Jeffrey Caldwell, Chief of Communitions for VDOT, gave an hour of his time this evening on Truth About Trucking “LIVE” talk radio, to discuss the situation in the State of Virginia, concerning the closings of 25 of the 41 rest areas and the impact it will place on public safety.
SilverSurfer and JB of The American Driver had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss this matter with Mr. Caldwell. July 1st, 2009 is the final date when the State will have made its decision about the closings and the effects will be in place.
